Hi there, I'm Hope!

When life happens, it can be difficult to adapt and respond. I aim to offer peace and clarity as you navigate through these difficult and sometimes uncertain experiences. My goal is to help you feel more confident and equipped to live the life you desire.

My focus

Life can bring so many experiences that present space for support in response to anxiety, self-doubt, depression, and more. I work with clients of all ages, from teens trying to navigate social and emotional challenges, to adults working through life transitions, and older adults experiencing the unique challenges of aging.

My approach

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other skills-building approaches to help address unhealthy/unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. My approach is collaborative to create a space where you can feel supported as you set and work toward your goals.
