I am a client-focused, committed, detail-oriented, and experienced professional in serving populations from various cultural, educational, and socioeconomic backgrounds. My specialty areas include LGBTQ individuals, couples, families, and nonmonogamy.

I deliver authentic and compassionate therapy services to all seeking help. I am also a non-judgmental care provider with years of experience treating a diverse population in making effective changes.

My approach

I am not limited to but commonly use CBT, solution-focused therapy, client-centered care, Christian counseling, motivational interviewing, and motivational enhancement therapy. A mental health counselor with practice providing Cognitive Behavior Therapy to couples, helping them communicate more effectively, as well solution focused therapies.
