My motivation to become a mental health provider stems from a commitment to positively influence individuals' mental health trajectories. My role involves direct patient care, employing medicinal and therapeutic interventions to address various psychiatric conditions.

Our first session

For the first session, a comprehensive assessment to evaluate mental health needs and establish a basis for the treatment plan will be done. The primary objective is to collect information, establish rapport, and outline expectations for subsequent sessions.
