My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to mental health through witnessing how compassionate care can change lives. My background in nursing inspired me to become a psychiatric provider so I could support others in healing, growing, and feeling truly understood. Helping people feel better and thrive is my purpose.

I work with clients to set clear, realistic goals that align with their values and needs. Together, we track progress over time using measurable outcomes, adjust treatment as needed, and focus on building skills, insight, and stability to support lasting change.

Our first session

In our first session, I’ll get to know you—your history, symptoms, and goals. I use conversation and brief screening tools (psychometrics) to better understand how you’re feeling. This helps guide an accurate diagnosis and create a personalized, collaborative treatment plan.
