Hi there, I'm Kayce!

I work with people who look like they have it together on the outside but feel stuck inside. If you're managing responsibilities, caring for others, doing all the right things yet still feel overwhelmed or like something's off, I'm here to help. I believe in treating the whole person and creating space where you feel seen and supported.

My focus

I work with individuals navigating tough transitions, grief, perfectionism, burnout, or self-esteem struggles. You might have trauma you've never fully unpacked or notice patterns in relationships or habits that no longer serve you. Many of my clients are professionals, caregivers, or young adults figuring out who they are and what balance means.

My approach

I use EMDR for trauma and blend ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology to help you focus on what's happening now and find meaningful ways forward. I treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and I'm passionate about reducing stigma and mental health equity. My goal is to equip you with practical tools you can use.
