My therapeutic approach client-centered. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help my clients experience growth and gain coping skills that will serve them.
My focus
I find immense fulfillment in working with adolescent clients, particularly those aged 13-19, who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. My comfort lies in creating a supportive and empathetic space for them to explore and address these issues. Witnessing their resilience and growth during this critical stage of development is incredibly rewarding, and I am passionate about helping them build the skills and resilience needed for a brighter future.
