I create a space where you can feel heard and validated. I use a person-centered approach that looks at you as a whole person. I believe healing starts first and foremost with yourself. Using collaboration within the therapeutic relationship, my approach helps guide you to becoming more aware of the best version you can be.
My focus
If you are struggling with any life transitions such as moving, relationships, or going to college and feeling stuck and unsure of what to do next, you are not alone. I work with clients who are feeling the uncertainties of life and the wave of emotions that come with it. I also work with clients who are struggling with self-esteem and confidence.
My approach
My person-centered approach puts you at the forefront of each session, allowing you to be the expert in your own life. With my guidance, I may also introduce additional approaches such as using a strengths-based perspective, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
