Aloha, I believe that we all have the answers to our own problems, but may need help exploring and bringing them to light. I can assist with gaining new insights for positive self-growth in a warm and compassionate setting. I was raised on the Big Island and have a strong connection with community and cultural advocacy.

I have experience working with individuals, adults, and teens for both positive self-growth, emotional regulation, and behavioral challenges.

My approach

I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, specifically Narrative, Solution-Focused, and CBT approaches.
