Hi there, I'm Charnay!

I have worked with various clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, dual diagnoses, bipolar, PTSD, substance abuse, and psychotic disorders. I've also helped many individuals who have experienced grief, self-esteem issues, and emotional abuse.

My focus

I've worked with a wide range of clients from ages 6 to our wise population. I've worked predominantly with dual diagnoses, from depression, anxiety to DID and PTSD, and even substance abuse.

My approach

I believe in building rapport first and treating individuals with respect, compassion, and dignity. I am partnering with you on your journey, whether it's healing, understanding yourself, or someone to process with. My approach is eclectic with a combination of client-centered, psychodynamic, Gestalt, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
