Hi there, I'm Stephanie!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist/Neuropsychologist. My approach to therapy is collaborative, holistic, and based on evidence-based practices. My training in neuropsychology allows me to understand the relationship between the brain and behavior, and how that affects our daily functioning. This provider resides in Hawaii.

My focus

I work with adults (18+) and older adults to address varying concerns from job stress, school stress, familial discord, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain, traumatic brain injury, and/or illness.

My approach

My approach to therapy incorporates mindfulness and cognitive behavioral, and acceptance and commitment techniques. During sessions, we explore different exercises and strategies that can be implemented outside of the session.
