Hi there, I'm Rachel!

I create a safe place for individuals to process and work through the highs, lows, and everyday stress of life. My approach centers on meeting you where you are and building a space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and emotions.

My focus

My counseling experience derives from working with clients aged from 5 to 75 years old. I have worked with counseling children through intensive in-home therapy as well as school-based mental health services. I provided individual counseling sessions, skills training, crisis management, parent training, and family therapy sessions.

My approach

My approach to therapy is built on a foundation of Person-Centered core concepts (empathy, unconditional positive regard, and congruence). I believe in meeting clients where they are at and creating a space where they feel comfortable. I can assist by being someone who walks beside them, in front of them, or behind them in this journey.
