My passion is helping others build resilience, coping skills, self-esteem, and happiness. I truly believe that everyone can be empowered to deal with all of life's challenges.
My focus
I have experience working with those struggling with trauma, anxiety, grief/loss, chronic medical conditions, ADHD, Dementia/Alzheimer's, and substance use. I enjoy working with adults, seniors, and veterans.
My approach
I use a strengths-based and solution-focused approach to therapy. I honor individuality and come from a person-centered perspective. I use empathy and active listening to build trust and rapport. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore emotions and challenges. I am EMDR trained and use this technique to treat trauma.
