I am passionate about helping my clients get to the root of their trauma and develop the necessary tools that allow for a more fulfilling life and relationships. I specialize in relationship issues, trauma & PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, body image, and self-worth.

I use a holistic, psycho-somatic approach working mostly with adult individuals and couples, although I welcome and have worked with people of all ages, from teens to adolescents to elders.
