My journey to mental healthcare

My roles fulfilled the local public and private sectors with the DOE, DOH, CAMHD, AMHD, and the Judiciary. I continue to assist adults, children, and adolescents with a full range of ecologically based supports that are solution-focused transactions in problem-solving.

I help clients learn new skills to handle difficult thoughts and emotions so that they have less of an impact on their life, and also help clients clarify values so that they can thrive in a meaningful life.
