My approach
My approaches are Client-Centered, focusing on evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, Crisis Intervention, and the Gottman Method. I utilize a combination of modalities to ensure that I am meeting the unique needs of each individual.
My focus
I have been working therapeutically with the military community, adults, teens, and couples for over 13 years. I specialize in addressing personal growth, substance use/abuse, life transitions, and issues in relationships.

With my warm and compassionate demeanor, I am able to cultivate relationships that provide support and safety. Here, each client will receive personalized care with therapeutic interventions that are tailored to support their unique needs.
