My specialty is in developing co-parenting skills and enhancing parenting skills for families that are struggling with their children's behaviors. The end goal is a renewed satisfaction as a parent.

My approach

My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral, structural, and strategic therapies. I use Motivational Interviewing to keep us moving forward toward your goals and help with maintaining progress.

My therapy style is structured and direct, but I do so with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach is to make the best use of your time.

I have worked with clients of all ages, diverse backgrounds, and diverse settings. I have found my greatest reward in using evidence-based practices to get the outcomes that help families find harmony in their homes with lasting results.
