My communication style

At its most basic, therapy is about one imperfect human connecting with another. I am just another flawed human here to bear witness, to validate, to support, and to celebrate you. We humans, learn best through play, and I do hope to build a friendly, playful rapport so our sessions are effective and also enjoyable.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have a deep commitment to social justice and building a better world for all beings. After years of trying to change the system, I have found that peace and justice must first manifest in our most intimate relationship with ourselves.

My goals for you

Goals are important to guide our work together and help us both stay accountable. To me, they aren't the whole picture—they must be supported by clear daily habits that get you where you want to go.

Our first session

In our first session, I want to hear your story, as much or as little as you want to share. Over the first few sessions, I plan to take a holistic inventory and establish your goals.
