I work with people navigating trauma, addiction, sexual assault, attachment issues, and relational challenges. My approach is client-centered and solution-focused, meeting you where you are and moving forward from there.

My focus

I work with adolescent girls and adults facing attachment and relational trauma, sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and personality concerns. I also specialize in substance abuse treatment and can provide assessments for those seeking addiction care.

My approach

I have a client-centered approach, and I enjoy learning about people and their lives. Providing trauma-informed care is important to me, and I tend to feel grounded and most comfortable using Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
