I work with adults navigating life changes, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, and the lasting impact of past trauma.

My approach

My work is grounded in empathy and collaboration. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Grief and Bereavement Counseling. I tailor each session to what's most helpful to you.

Clients often describe me as calm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I meet you where you are, and we move forward together from there.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been drawn to listening and supporting others. My background includes hospice care, sexual abuse and family violence treatment, and mental health work. These experiences have shaped my understanding of healing and continue to guide my work today.

I see therapy as a partnership. We will work together to set goals that matter to you, that are empowering and achievable, and adjust as things change. I'm here to support you through it all.

Our first session is a chance to talk about what's bringing you in, how you've been coping, and what you'd like to get out of therapy. I will ask questions to help you understand your experience. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you are ready to.
