My journey to mental healthcare

I've always known that my calling was to support others. When trying to do something else, I always come back to serving others through listening and providing support.

My goals for you

Goals are created with the client in the first two sessions. Goals are modified as needed, when needed, as we continue to work together.

Our first session

The first session is the general get-to-know-you session. I tell you about myself, and you tell me about you. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, completing a biopsychosocial assessment, which covers your history and therapeutic needs.
