Listening has always come naturally to me. I've always been empathically curious about people's experiences and loved being there for others, whether during happy times or difficult ones.

I believe you know yourself best, even if it doesn't always feel like it. I'll help you set meaningful goals by connecting with your hopes, knowledge, experiences, and skills. We'll explore your ideal situation, identify what's gotten in the way, and develop a plan to get you there.

Our first session

Our first session focuses on getting to know each other. You'll become familiar with what therapy with me is like, and I'll invite you to share how you've been feeling and what led you here. I'll ask about your support system, difficult experiences, and family dynamics, but only as much as you're comfortable sharing.
