I believe people are full of inherent strengths and talents that can be discovered and refined to extend their potential and utilized when times are challenging. Therefore, I frequently use Positive Psychology, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalytic Theory, and a culturally sensitive approach to guide your therapy experience.

I'm a therapist who is down-to-earth, understanding, and humorous. I employ calm, empathetic, active listening without judgment.

I have always been fascinated by the human spirit and inspired by hearing stories of what people have gone through and what they can achieve. I consider it a privilege and a joy to connect with people and witness their personal growth and transformation.
