I work with adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, loss and grief, stress, and life transitions, including women-focused transitions such as perimenopause and menopause. I'll work with you to assess your needs and create a meaningful, flexible treatment plan.

Negative core beliefs can shape how we perceive and react to experiences, leading to distorted thinking and unwanted behaviors. Learning alternative coping strategies, coupled with increased self-awareness and support, fosters positive change and well-being.
