Hi there, I'm Emily!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, family-of-origin issues, stress, and trauma.

My focus

I love working with adults of all ages, from 18 to 100! I want to come alongside clients to help relieve anxiety, depression, trauma, and the associated symptoms. I have had the privilege to help many get rid of their symptoms completely.

My approach

I use EMDR whenever possible to help get rid of symptoms. This is an incredibly powerful method that provides long-lasting results. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
