I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Hawaii. My current focus is on Perinatal Mental Health; however, I have experience in a variety of areas.

Throughout my training, I have assisted clients dealing with military-related problems, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, and perinatal mental health concerns.
My approach
My approach to therapy will be individual to each client, from a Person-Centered approach. I also have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
