Therapeutic goals are set during the first session and are client-driven. They may be adjusted throughout therapy, contingent on completion or the manifestation of new challenges.

Our first session

The first session will include an overview of therapy, answers to questions, information about the therapy process, a note of client and clinician expectations, an assessment of the identified problem and safety concerns, goal-setting, and appropriate referrals.
