I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D.), and I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety conditions via telehealth. I use evidence-based, time-limited Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety disorders, helping clients conquer fear so they can focus on what matters most in their lives.

I work with adults with panic disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and specific phobias. I work collaboratively with clients ready to actively address anxiety, tracking progress together each session and refining our strategy to help them achieve their goals.
