Hi there, I'm Sheryl-Ann!

I'm passionate about helping people heal and find relief. I work with children, teens, adults, and older adults, bringing experience in family dynamics, trauma, substance use, and serious mental health challenges. I create a space where you can explore what matters most to you.

My focus

I work with clients aged 7 to 90, with extensive experience supporting children, families, and teens with a variety of diagnoses and disabilities. I have worked in the areas of substance abuse, domestic violence, and with those facing serious mental illness.

My approach

My approach is humanistic and person-centered, often paired with cognitive behavioral and short-term solution-focused methods. I meet you where you are and adapt to what works best for you. I also provide Christian counseling if requested.
