My communication style

I intend to be honest, open, and candid. I am curious about and interested in my clients. I help them find solutions, attitudes, and perspectives that best serve them on their journey in life. I am their equal. I do not have special knowledge of them. It is a journey we take together to discover their truth.

My journey to mental healthcare

I believe that I have been called to do this work. I imagined this as my career since I was a teenager. I feel like it was a great choice for me for so many reasons. It is great to be of service to other people. I am a big proponent of self-care and try to live by example. I promote holistic wellness, self-care, and living in your truth.

My goals for you

Goal setting depends on the individual and the work we are doing together. Sometimes goals are at the forefront and central part of the work. Other individuals are less concerned about goals and present with less need for goal-directed behavior.

Our first session

An open and engaged session, where we are getting a thorough view of the individual and being introduced to the issues at hand.
