Through my personal and professional experiences in diverse settings & situations, I’ve seen the powerful impact of having genuine support. I believe therapy can benefit anyone—offering space for growth, healing, and understanding, no matter what someone is going through.

Through a collaborative process, we identify the areas you'd like to grow in and work together to set achievable goals. This often involves breaking tasks into manageable steps, creating supportive routines, and building awareness and motivation to help you move forward with confidence in your decisions.

Our first session

In our first session, you can expect an open conversation about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and the goals you'd like to work toward. This time is for me to understand your background, current difficulties, and how they affect your daily life. There's no pressure to share everything at once.
