My journey to mental healthcare

My interest in human behavior led me to work with adults navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Our first session is a chance to start exploring what brings you to therapy. We'll go over your background, your goals, and what you're hoping to gain from the process. It's normal to feel nervous in the beginning. I'll guide you every step of the way, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
