My approach
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors, incorporating mindfulness exercises. For trauma, I use Cognitive Processing Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to change emotional responses through eye movements. For couples, I utilize the Gottman Method.
