My approach
I utilize an individualized strengths-based approach to work with patients within their limitations to accomplish their goals.
My focus
I work with adults from all walks of life to cope with challenges of issues like family transitions from divorce, blending families, and adoptions, sexual and alternative lifestyle challenges, PTSD and trauma, substance use and abuse, aging, health, ADHD, and OCD, and grief or loss.
My communication style
When you work with me, you will get kindness, compassion, and understanding. I use a non-judgmental approach and meet people where they are at to support and help them grow.
My journey to mental healthcare
Personal experiences throughout my lifecycle have led me to want to help others find their path and overcome adversity, challenges, and roadblocks and to always seek to be a better version of ourselves today than we were yesterday.
My goals for you
I help people to establish goals for therapy that align with their goals of their own life and path of personal growth.
