I enjoy working with both adults and adolescents, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients navigate challenges and build on their strengths. My intention is to create a supportive space where clients feel comfortable and understood, and together we will explore goals and the steps to get there.
