My journey to mental healthcare

I fell in love with being a therapist during my clinical internship. I've gravitated toward people who experienced trauma and loss. I always feel honored when people invite me into their world, and I hope to support you along your path.

Goals will be identified early in our relationship and will come from a deep exploration of your situation. You set the goals. I just keep us on track and support you through the process.
