I'm passionate about assisting teens experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relational issues, behavioral issues, identity discovery, stress, and general overwhelm. I use an eclectic approach incorporating trauma-informed practices and multiple therapeutic modalities to support growth and healing.
