I work with individuals who have experienced military trauma, childhood trauma, sexual, physical, or emotional abuse, racism, discrimination, or harassment. Together, we'll develop positive coping skills that allow you to process your experiences, grow from them, and create a new path forward with resilience.

I specialize in trauma-focused treatments including Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Written Exposure Treatment, Cognitive-Behavioral Conjoint Therapy, and Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation.
