My approach is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques. I help clients understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck while also identifying practical steps they can take right away. When it aligns with your values, I can also integrate spirituality

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked in counseling and behavioral health roles that deepened my passion for guiding individuals through life’s challenges and helping them build resilience.

We set goals together based on what matters most to you, and we revisit them regularly to track progress. I use CBT and Solution-Focused strategies to help you build on your strengths, identify what’s already working, and take small, practical steps toward meaningful change. Throughout the process, we adjust our plan as needed
