I work mostly with adults treating depression, life transitions, anxiety, grief/loss, and parenting issues. I enjoy assisting my clients in developing a more positive outlook on life.

My goal is to create a non-judgmental, supportive environment where my clients can grow, prosper, and live up to their full potential. I believe in meeting the client where they are in their process. I enjoy assisting clients in becoming empowered to make their own life choices and decisions at their own pace.

I create a calm, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for my clients where I can use compassion and my therapeutic skills to help them become the best version of themselves. I have been told by clients that they don't feel any sense of judgment and feel accepted for where they are in their journey.

My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a therapist because I have always been drawn to helping people and providing a listening, non-judgmental ear. I enjoy seeing people succeed and live up to their full potential.
