I typically work with adults looking to better manage anxiety and stress or who want help managing symptoms related to depression, life transitions, ADHD, or trauma.

My approach

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction in sessions. We focus on how thinking affects how you feel and act while changing unhelpful patterns. I teach mindfulness skills like deep breathing, body scan, and gentle movement to help you develop self-awareness, cognitive flexibility, and regulate emotions.

I'm an open-minded, active therapist. I use humor and a non-judgmental approach to create a safe space for you to be yourself, take risks, grow, and heal.

I spend time in the first few sessions getting to know you and what you're going through. Together we'll make a plan to move towards your goals and check in periodically to make sure we're moving in the right direction.

We'll get to know each other and talk about your goals for therapy. I'll ask questions to learn about you and what brings you here, as well as answer any questions you have. At the end, I'll give you feedback and discuss our options for working together.
