I typically work with individuals who have experienced trauma or are struggling with stress and setting boundaries in their personal or professional lives. I have experience with mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment, and anything on the trauma spectrum.

I support you in discovering your strengths and skills so you can move toward living the life you've always wanted. My therapeutic approach includes evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, Written Expressive Therapy, and EMDR.

I want you to be comfortable enough to share your authentic self with me. I have a straightforward and practical way of interacting that allows for positive regard on both sides of the therapeutic relationship.

I've always had a desire to help others. Helping people become who they were meant to be is deeply satisfying.
