My journey to mental healthcare

I am a therapist because I have personally experienced the value of therapy in my own life and understand the profound impact it can have. My passion for helping others stems from a deep desire to ensure that no one feels alone in their struggles. I find great fulfillment in supporting individuals through their challenges.

My goals for you

I start by establishing a strong rapport and creating a supportive environment where they feel safe and valued. I then assess their current challenges and desired outcomes through open-ended discussions. Collaboratively, we set goals that are meaningful to them, ensuring these goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, and Relevant.

Our first session

Clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we focus on building a strong therapeutic alliance. The session may also involve setting initial goals and outlining a preliminary plan for addressing their concerns. My approach will be empathetic and collaborative, aimed at making clients feel comfortable and supported.
