My communication style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I value open, honest dialogue and strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to share openly and work toward meaningful change.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began with earning a BSW from the University of Montana, followed by years of working in addiction and mental health services, particularly supporting women and families. I later earned my MSW from the University of Louisiana and became an LCSW in Idaho, bringing over six years of experience into compassionate, client-centered care.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by partnering with them to create clear, achievable objectives and using evidence-based approaches tailored to their needs. Through collaboration, skill-building, and consistent support, I empower clients to build insight, resilience, and lasting change.

A first session with me is relaxed, welcoming, and focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy, while making sure you feel safe, heard, and comfortable moving at your own pace.
