I communicate with clarity, openness, imagination, and curiosity. I am comfortable talking about the hard stuff, and I'm there to point out the wins and celebrate with you as well.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started working with the severely mentally ill in emergency rooms and hospitals. I moved into risk management and leadership, focusing on safety, patient care, and culture. Now I've come full circle back to the clinical work I love.

My goals for you

I am creative, driven, organized, and practical, and above all, I listen. You will create your own treatment goals, and we will map out the mileposts, obstacles, skills, and support you need and want to achieve them.

Our first session

We will work on connection, assessment, goals, and priorities. It's an introduction for both of us and a chance to assess the feel and fit. Your comfort and psychological safety are my priorities, and establishing if you feel like I'm the person you need is critical.
