I work with first responders, and I mainly use EMDR to help them decrease their distress from work-related and past trauma.

I am personable and like to establish a rapport with you, so you feel comfortable opening up. I work at your pace and try to show patience and compassion throughout our work together.

I am an active listener during the sessions; I have a gentle approach and make suggestions that the client can decide if this will work for them.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always enjoyed helping others and currently work with a variety of client populations. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, and Bipolar disorder. I strive to provide a supportive, comfortable, non-judgmental, and safe space for exploration and discussion of your concerns.

My goals for you

I focus on a combination of mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and other evidence-based counseling designed to improve unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. Treatment is person-centered and individually tailored to reduce symptoms and improve emotional wellness.
