I work with individuals to create an emotionally safe and nurturing space. My areas of focus are life stresses, divorce, parenting, depression, grief, and loss.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice, but may employ a variety of different treatment types to support you. I encourage clients to identify guiding principles and values that will help them to achieve their goals in life.

After completing training in behavioral health, I began practicing. I have experience practicing in clinics, hospitals, and nursing homes.
