Hi there, I'm Phyllis!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience in the mental health milieu. I hold both a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and has worked across multiple levels of care, including as line staff, case manager, and support staff prior to completing my doctoral training.

My focus

My clinical expertise includes the assessment and treatment of ADHD, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Tourette’s Syndrome, compulsive behaviors, and Substance Use Disorders. I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, offering a compassionate, evidence-based approach to care.

My approach

I utilize evidence-based best practices with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy within a collaborative treatment model, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional/behavioral regulation, and practical coping strategies for lasting change.
