After transitioning from retail management to counseling, I found my passion in helping others navigate their own life transitions. I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve balance, peace, and good mental health. Good mental health means feeling good and happy most of the time.

My approach is well-suited for adolescents through adulthood. In today's world, we face many challenges leading to higher rates of social pressures, anxiety, ADHD, parenting issues, and stress. I am open to working with anyone who needs help navigating these periods and building the skills to better understand themselves.
