Hi there, I'm Rikki!

I believe healing happens in connection, and my role as a counselor is to provide a safe, supportive space where growth, self-exploration, and change can occur. Mindful of each client’s comfort level, I incorporate experiential and creative interventions including art, writing, and play to support the therapeutic process.

My focus

My clientele consists of children, teens, and families whom I walk alongside as they explore their internal world.

My approach

I believe we make sense of ourselves through the relationships and experiences that have shaped us which is why I take a systemic approach that considers family relationships, upbringing, culture, and environment.
