Reaching out for help can be hard. I help individuals, couples, and families navigate bereavement, grief, crisis, substance use, stress, anxiety, and depression. I support couples and families in overcoming conflict, building communication and intimacy, setting boundaries, and creating structure.
My focus
I work with couples and families to address relational concerns by treating the relationship as the client. I help overcome conflict, build trust and security, and improve communication, boundaries, and emotional closeness. I also work with individuals to manage difficult emotions, build self-esteem, work through trauma, and pursue personal goals.

I take a collaborative, strengths-based, pragmatic approach and see therapy as a partnership. You are the expert on you. I bring my expertise on mental health and relationships to help you grow toward your goals. I believe in doing what works and recognizing that the problem is the problem.
